Appointment FAQ

How long do I have to wait to get in?

On average, it can be 1–2 weeks to get on the schedule. I ask in the complimentary pre-consultation form how urgent your hair needs are, so I can offer you the best availability I have for your situation.

How do I book?

Once you check out your Dream Hair Experience options, you can select the button below it to fill out the complimentary pre-consultation form. This form asks all the right questions to help me help you book the PERFECT appointment.

What happens after I fill out my form and submit it?

I check my email regularly throughout the day, everyday. Once I see a form submission, I review the information presented to me, and send out an email reply and/or a text with booking instructions within 24-48 hrs. If you do not attach photos, I will reach out to ask for them.

What is parking like?

Guess what? I've got a secured parking garage in my building, AND I can validate. You don't have to park in the garage though. There is plenty of street parking and other garages on the surrounding blocks. You can pay your parking VIA the ParkMobile App, so you wont have to run out looking a hot mess.

What if I don't hear from you?

I respond to EVERY ONE of my submissions. If you don't see an email, check your spam. If you don't get a text, check to make sure you filled out the form correctly. Adding in a wrong email will not help us. Adding in the wrong phone number will also hinder contact options.

Anything else?

You are unique, wonderful, and perfectly you, and that's your special magic that no one else can have. Don't be afraid to come as you are. Don't be afraid to ask questions. We are all humans on the same journey, and if you have a question I can answer, I will. If I can't find the answer, we will look it up together like the capable humans we are.

Hair Extensions FAQ

My hair is too short. Can I make it longer?

Whether it was a cut you wanted or not, some cuts are regretful. That's where hair extensions come in. I can speak from personal experience that extensions and short hair can work—it just has to be the right length to blend in well enough. That's where the consultation form comes in handy. Answer some simple questions; attach a couple photos, and we go from there!

My hair is thin. What can I do?

Thinner hair can stem from different causes. Whether it's new for you or a long battle, extensions can help. There are even more options available to make the right pairing for you. That's where the consultation form comes in handy. Answer some simple questions; attach a couple photos, and we go from there!

There is nothing wrong with my hair but I want extensions, is that okay?

Let's face it—you just want more, and thats okay! Nothing better than enhancing what you've got. That's where the consultation form comes in handy. Answer some simple questions; attach a couple photos, and we go from there!

Will they damage my hair/scalp?

I understand the fear. I've heard the stories, and I've been on the receiving end of a bad extension experience. I will tell you personally that your scalp health and hair health are the #1 priority for me. I've made it my mission to deliver an extension experience that delivers comfortable, seamless, safe results.

How long does it take to get the service done?

Depending on the exact amount of hair and rows we are installing, and if you are getting color done, it can range from 30 mins to 4 hrs first appointment. Follow-up appointments range from 30 mins to 4 hrs depending on color needs.

Are people going to notice I have extensions? Are they going to see them?

Overall, no. I don't do anything that isn't perfectly blended. I like to use 3 different colors (custom to your color needs) to make sure we have the most realistic results that you can feel confident with. We are not having any hair tragedies here. No, ma'am.

How often should I come in?

Extensions should be moved up every 6–10 weeks to ensure that your scalp is safe and cared for, and that your hair looks its best.

I want something not permanent that I can wear on occasion. Do you do that?

Absolutely. I have tons of options for you to wear temporary extensions. After we color match you and order the hair, you will come for your custom blend, and we'll go into how to wear them.

Hair Color FAQ

Why do you only offer one color package?

It's rare that someones hair needs can be achieved with one cookie cutter category. This allows us to work on curating the right plan for your hair goals.

Are there other color appointment types?

Absolutely! Once we do your initial custom color package, you will be able to pick regular maintenance appointments to keep you looking your best.

How long do these appointments take?

On average, I get people in and out in 1.5hrs-3hrs.
On the rare occasion of
extreme length or thickness, will it take longer.

I've got snacks, a bistro, custom beverages, and more to keep you comfortable during your appointment. You can even tele-work if you have to. I just need to be able to have a solid consultation, and you can stick in the ear buds to tune out if you wanna.

Is it true I should come in with dirty hair?

Thats a myth. Please come with clean hair. No grey coverage powders or greasy hair. Try to wash your hair the night before if you can't the day of.
